Can I book a table?
We don’t accept reservations — just come by when you’re thirsty! On the rare occasions when there's a short wait, our host will seat you as quickly as possible.
For groups of 15 or more, why not consider a private events space?
Can I bring my dog?
Yes — we love meeting your furry friends! What better way to end a dog walk than with a glass of chilled wine? Hot tip: ask for a dog bowl to keep your pooch refreshed.
Do we only serve wine?
The wine list makes up most of our menu, but we also have a range of wine-based cocktails and spritzes, Fierce Cerveza 0.5%, and gin, with zero alcohol options too.
What non-alcoholic drink options are available?
We have a range of delicious non-alcoholic wines (including Wednesdays Domaine and Ackerman Crémant), alongside zero alcohol Fierce Cerveza 0.5%, Gordon’s 0% gin, non-alcoholic Spritz Cocktails, and a variety of soft drinks to choose from.
Do we serve food?
We do, indeed! Our delicious food menu features a range of small plates and sharing platters — perfect for solo visits, date nights, and catch-ups with friends. Be sure to explore our lunch specials if you’re visiting Tuesday – Sunday between 12pm and 4pm.
Can I buy a gift card, and how do they work?
Absolutely! You can purchase gift vouchers in either venue or by visiting this page.
After purchasing, they are valid for two years and can be used in both SugarBird venues. You can also use them to book our wine experiences, just drop our events team an email: events@sugarbirdwines.com

Are the venues accessible?
SugarBird in the Gardens has a lift for accessing both floors, an outdoor ramp to the lower bar, and accessible toilets. Please note, SugarBird Union Grove has one step at the front door.
