Golden in colour with aromas of ripe fruit and spice, hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches with a palate combining structure, length and vivacity, velvety bubbles and notes of pear, brioche, spice and walnuts.

It pairs great with any fish, especially sushi and sashimi. Seafood is also a great match: shrimp, prawn, crayfish, grilled lobster. Poultry and white meat. Parmesan, good cured ham.
